Heather Marchant
Real estate runs in Heather’s DNA. She cut her teeth managing properties in her father’s portfolio, then dove into the industry in 2007, working every position imaginable—office manager, marketing coordinator, licensed agent and then broker—to understand how winning investors actually win.
By 2011, she’d found her calling as an investment specialist, and the results speak for themselves: 850+ clients mentored, $5.3 million in cash flow created, countless investors transformed from priced-out to profitable. She doesn’t just preach out-of-state investing—she practices it, building her own multi-state portfolio while helping clients build theirs.
But here’s what those numbers don’t show: phone calls explaining depreciation schedules, the patient walkthroughs of inspection reports, the 10 pm texts answered when a client’s property manager goes MIA.
